Processing & Delivery

• All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
• Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days.
• We use Aramex Store to Door for all deliveries.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or courier operational delays.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for delays in delivery caused by Aramex or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and liaising with the courier where possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.
